The most effective way that I know of
is to begin within and radiate outward.
In other words, change yourself to affect
change around you.
For example: If you seek peace in and for
the world, then practice being
at peace with yourself.
The greatest tool in creating
change in the world is
to live by example.
Working from within will exact
the spiritual change
you seek in the physical plane.
