 Taking CoQ10 may reduce or eliminate the muscle and joint aches that can be a side effect of taking a statin to lower cholesterol.

The small studies have shown that CoQ10 does reduce or eliminate  this side effect, but a larger study is needed for the medical community to embrace it as an absolute.

 Are there dark angels?

The dark angels as I know them come from Biblical interpretations and mythology. 

This idea developed to explain evil in the world. It makes angels of darkness agents of the “Dark Lord,” just as angels of light are agents of God.

As a metaphysician, I do not believe in angels of darkness.  A metaphysician believes in one energy or one power that permeates the universe and it is the God energy.

For me God or the Divine has no rival. 

Any “darkness” is created by us. It is the tug of war we all have between our soul and our human existence.
